The Spring Hill Chamber of Commerce will be holding our second annual BusinessExpo on Saturday, July 26^th at the UAW Banquet Hall located at 125 Stephen P. Yokich Parkway. Last year, over 2,500 Maury and WilliamsonCounty residents attended this exciting event!

The 2008 Expo provides members the opportunity to showcase and market their goods and services to the public, network with fellow local businesses, and participate in a fun, interactive community event. Our goal is to draw a diverse crowd so that all businesses, both small and large, have an opportunity to interact with their specific target market and customer base.

Because space is limited, booth reservation will be open to members only, at a discounted rate, from May 5^th thru June 30th, and will only be confirmed once payment is received in full. If booth space is available after June 30^th, Non-members within the business community will have an opportunity to reserve space from July 1^st until July 18^th.

Want to participate but unable to take advantage of the opportunity to do so via booth display? Call the Chamber office to explore other creative opportunities to participate in the Expo via “Taste of Spring Hill” or within the Children’s Fun Zone. Our goal is to include all of our members in this event.

For businesses that would like higher visibility at the Expo, the following sponsorship opportunities are also available:

• Event Sponsor: $5000

The Event Sponsor will be named as the exclusive sponsor for the 2008 Expo,    will be included in all advertising, and have premier booth space on the  announcement stage. 

• Event Partner:  $2500

Partners will be provided the opportunity to provide “goody bags” for Expo attendees with their business logo and marketing materials, will receive complimentary, premier booth space as well as sponsorship recognition in Business Expo advertisements.

• Event contributor:  $1000

Contributers will be provided the opportunity to provide “goody bags” with their logo and marketing materials for all Expo attendees.
